Contribution: heading the documentation of 8 family housing typologies, including floor plans, elevations, building sections, unit type documentation, and window schedule, elevation design of grad walkups, determining exterior material VE alternate & presenting to the uni, quickly & accurately modeling VE options, tracking VE decisions through 8 permit sets, drawing revisions for ASIs, limited submittal review, client presentations & consultant coordination
