This project was completed under a licensed architect at Marker Construction.
Franklinton Cycle Works is a local Co-Op nonprofit renovation project. The Cycle Works has outgrown ITS existing space that combined retail space and maintenance shop. This project aims to provide a dedicated Retail Space that revolves around Cycle Works’ core values of equity, community, and bikes! The existing Cycle Works’ property contains two independent buildings, separated by only 8”. The scope of the project includes connecting the two buildings with a passageway, renovating the interior of the new Retail Space to match Cycle Works’ trendy vibe, and creating a patio space used for outdoor bike repairs or just a place to have a good conversation.
I was responsible for producing presentation drawings & the construction document set with the guidance of the architect.
