This project was completed under a licensed architect at Marker Construction.
United Church Homes is a senior living facility with multiple care levels. The scope of this project was to renovate an existing classroom and dining room space into a living unit for a donor couple that needed more sophisticated care. The program included a dining space with a kitchenette, living area, bathroom, and bedroom.
The Kroft Residence project gave me the opportunity to spearhead finish selection from floors to bathroom accessories. I was responsible for selecting finishes, locating specifications for each finish, and presenting the selections to the clients in which I accurately represented each selection in a lumion fly-through presentation.
I was also responsible for producing the construction document set with the guidance of the architect.
